On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Beau Chene High School standout Mallory Pitre’s current college team, the Lamar Lady Cardinals, lost 13-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Texas Longhorns.

The game took place at Lamar Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Longhorns this season.

The Lady Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. at Lamar Softball Complex against Nicholls State Colonels.
