On Friday, March 6, at 2 p.m., Zeph Arnold, a former standout at Sacred Heart High School, helped lead his current team, the Francis Marion Patriots, to a 10-6 victory over the Barton Bulldogs in NCAA Division II baseball action.
Nixon Field hosted the contest, marking the first meeting between the Patriots and Bulldogs this season.
Arnold surrendered three earned runs in 0.1 innings of relief, issuing one walk.
The Patriots’ next matchup against the Barton Bulldogs is set for Saturday, March 7, at 11 a.m. at Nixon Field.
