On Friday, Feb. 7, former Beau Chene High School standout Gracie Bellard’s current college team, the Georgia Southern Eagles, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois State Redbirds.

The game took place at USF Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Redbirds this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 5:30 p.m. at USF Softball Stadium against South Florida Bulls.
