On Tuesday, April 1, former Loreauville High School standout Riley Marcotte’s current college team, the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns, won 9-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northwestern State Demons.

The game took place at M. L. Tigue Moore Field at Russo Park. This was their first matchup against the Demons this season.

The Ragin’ Cajuns’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 6 p.m. at M. L. Tigue Moore Field at Russo Park against Louisiana Tech Bulldogs.
