On Tuesday, March 4, former Beau Chene High School standout Mallory Pitre’s current college team, the Lamar Lady Cardinals, won 11-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Texas Southern Lady Tigers.

The game took place at Lamar Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Lady Tigers this season.

The Lady Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 1 p.m. at Lamar Softball Complex against McNeese State Cowgirls.
