On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Loreauville High School standout Riley Marcotte’s current college team, the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns, won 14-11 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas Southern Tigers.

The game took place at M. L. Tigue Moore Field at Russo Park. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Ragin’ Cajuns’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at M. L. Tigue Moore Field at Russo Park against Nebraska Cornhuskers.
